Many of our Events are designated as 21 and Older and this is a rule strictly enforced by the County of San Diego. Please hire a babysitter for the afternoon and enjoy the Fest!
We are in constant need of volunteers to assist with setup and event operations. To be a volunteer, click on the Volunteer link and follow the instructions or send us an email at requesting to be a volunteer.
We are always looking for Retail Vendors for our Festivals and we will do everything we can to help promote your business. There is a Booth Fee for every event, however, we also do limit vendors on a 'first come, first served' basis. Our goal is to finalize the Retail Vendor list 30 days prior to the Event. Also, we try not to promote competition and will not have two of the same vendors selling identical items. Coconuts & Cocktails Promotions partners with many Non-Profit Organizations (501(c)3). Net Proceeds will benefit these Non-Profit Organizations and as well as Local Charities.
Coconuts & Cocktails Promotions uses the for Fest-Goers to purchase their tickets. After purchasing your ticket, it will be automatically be sent to the email address provided. Before completing the transaction, please make sure the email address entered is correct.
Refunds are allowed up to 30 days prior to the Event and can be processed through Any refund request less than 30 days prior to the Event will be at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
